(Senior) Machine Learning & AI Consultant (SAP / Microsoft / Databricks)

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze clients' business and technical requirements together with colleagues, and develop innovative Machine Learning and AI solutions, mainly with SAP and Microsoft technologies (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, SAP Databricks, Azure Databricks)
• ▹As Senior Consultant, take ownership of projects and teams — from conceptual design through effort estimation to successful delivery
• ▹Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, identify project risks early, and guide the team safely through all phases up to go-live
• ▹Support the handover into live operation and act as internal and external point of contact for Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI topics
• ▹Share knowledge and help grow the AI community through workshops, talks, and technology events

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in Data & Analytics projects, ideally with a focus on Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI
• ▹Confident with both Python and SQL
• ▹Business-fluent (C-level) German and very good English
• ▹For the Senior role, experience in project leadership and client management

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLflow) or Generative/Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Microsoft Autogen)
• ▹A conceptual, solution-oriented way of working, initiative, and strong communication skills
