Responsibilities

• ▹Lead ML algorithms and workflows to accelerate early-stage drug discovery, including de novo design of biomolecules
• ▹Assess target drugability across therapeutic modalities and design drug delivery systems
• ▹Identify novel druggable pockets and epitopes and characterize protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions
• ▹Implement, validate, and improve ML tools and software solutions supporting drug discovery
• ▹Present research findings to the scientific community through publications, talks, and open source

Requirements

• ▹PhD in computational chemistry/biology, chem-/bioinformatics, (bio)engineering, computer science, or a related field
• ▹Several years of post-PhD experience, ideally including some industry exposure
• ▹Expertise in modern ML methods for biomolecule co-folding and de novo protein design
• ▹Experience with large drug discovery datasets (biochemical, biophysical, structural biology)
• ▹Knowledge of established physics-based protein modeling methods such as Molecular Dynamics and/or Rosetta
• ▹Excellent Python programming skills
