Mission Engineer - Orlando & Seminole County

Responsibilities

• ▹Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable solutions
• ▹Design and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, and data pipelines
• ▹Configure, integrate, and extend Axon products (DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records)
• ▹Apply responsible innovation guardrails (CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy)
• ▹Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support
• ▹Build and deploy AI-powered workflows (agents, prompts, RAG, evaluations)
• ▹Measure adoption and impact, iterate when changes don't stick

Requirements

• ▹Deep technical expertise and builder instinct
• ▹Experience building AI agents, workflows, and integrations
• ▹Operational leadership and customer-outcome mindset
• ▹Ability to work in an undefined, fast-shifting priority environment
