What we’re looking for

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects within our Data & AI team. You will collaborate closely with developers, Business Owners, and technical experts across architecture, infrastructure, security, QoS, and product management. The Program Manager actively supports the client in defining and delivering the product or project, with a strong focus on value creation and key business performance indicators. You will also be responsible for managing and executing the delivery plan on a daily basis.Acting as a trusted advisor to the client, you will play an active pre-sales role — shaping proposals, scoping engagements, and negotiating solutions and priorities with client stakeholders in a way that balances their needs with deliverable, value-driven outcomes.​

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define the AI strategy within the program in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop the strategic approach to AI and business governance for AI in the program.
  • Identify potential AI use cases within the company, working closely with stakeholders; assess needs and benefits, and build pipelines and roadmaps for AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to support reskilling initiatives aimed at developing relevant AI skills within the organization.
  • Coordinate with local Data & AI teams to align on AI technology, architecture, and systems supporting business needs.
  • Engage with functions across Orange Group (e.g., Data Democracy, Data Value Measurement, Data‑AI Security, and Ethics) to strengthen AI program implementation and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers involved in AI projects.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, scoping, and estimations, and by negotiating scope, priorities, and expectations with clients to align ambition withfeasibledelivery.
  • Ensure AI solutions and related deliverables are scalable, reliable, and aligned with Orange Group’s recommendations and processes.
  • Stay informed about best practices in the market.
  • Communicate and deliver timely status reports and dashboards to governance bodies and project teams; gather guidance from key stakeholders and management.
  • Act as a facilitator for program priorities and provide decision-making recommendations to unblock progress.
  • Serve as an strategic advocate for AI adoption within the organization to generate awareness and stimulate interest.
  • Contribute to or develop executive summaries and presentations for management and governance bodies at group and client levels.
  • Plan and organize delivery teams for main projects and activities, ensuring alignment and resource management.
  • Monitor project timelines, verify execution accuracy, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure deliverables and KPIs are well-defined, measurable, and have a clear impact on efficiency and costs.
  • Provide technical-economic evaluations for new technologies, services, or studies upon request from Strategy, Commercial, or Management teams.

What You Need to Know/Have

  • Strong orientation towards technology and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy and operations.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, its evolution, and integration into real-life experiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong, hands-on deliverytrack record— proven ability to own end-to-end execution, drive teams to committed outcomes, and consistently deliver complex programs on time and to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Financial analysis skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous.
  • Higher education degree (university level).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management or similar roles.
  • Solid experience in program or change management, including coordinating complex projects/initiatives.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
  • Ideally: solid understanding of telecom network infrastructure and technology — how telco networks are architected andoperate(core, access, transport, etc.).
  • Additional requirements may vary depending on the specific job or department.
