Elastic is looking for an outstanding Product Manager to join its Observability product team with a focus on Infrastructure Observability. The role shapes the end-to-end full stack observability experience for the infrastructure systems and services Elastic monitors, and has a significant impact on the success of the Observability product.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Define and drive the vision and strategy for Infrastructure Observability, aligned with organizational and company strategy
  • ▹Identify gaps in the end-to-end experience and own the roadmap to fill them
  • ▹Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver the roadmap
  • ▹Work with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement and feature adoption
  • ▹Track user engagement and feedback to inform product and feature evolution

Requirements

  • ▹Ideally 10+ years in product management or a closely related area
  • ▹Extensive experience monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services powering modern applications
  • ▹Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge
  • ▹Comfort converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions, working from the customer backwards and using AI tools to accelerate alignment and outcomes
  • ▹Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
  • ▹Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and teams

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience working in a remote, globally distributed work environment
  • ▹Knowledge of open-source software
