Responsibilities

  • ▹Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions primarily in Python and some Java within an Agile squad
  • ▹Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and quality
  • ▹Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • ▹Participate in Agile meetings and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements
  • ▹Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
  • ▹Learn and apply Morgan Stanley's proprietary frameworks and best practices

Requirements

  • ▹6+ years of development experience with 4+ years hands-on in Python
  • ▹Solid Linux/Unix and shell scripting knowledge
  • ▹Experience with GenAI coding assistants like Copilot (Agent mode, Skills)
  • ▹Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • ▹Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization, observability tools
  • ▹Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components

Nice to have

  • ▹GenAI application development with LLM models
  • ▹Agentic implementation experience
  • ▹Integrating data into LLM context, MCP tools and infrastructure
  • ▹A2A design experience
