A (Senior) Customer Master Data Analyst role within Sanofi's Order to Cash team at the Budapest Hub. The role owns operational master data management — creating and maintaining customers, pricing conditions, and contract agreements mainly in SAP — ensuring compliance with corporate, SOX, and GDP standards.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Own operational master data management, including data creation and maintenance, mainly in SAP ERP
  • ▹Manage and create master data for all products, ensuring timely launches and accurate updates
  • ▹Maintain material and pricing master data in compliance with corporate, SOX, and GDP standards
  • ▹Conduct GDP Bona Fide checks on customers and regular MHRA list checks for revoked licenses
  • ▹Manage CD import licenses accurately and on time to prevent supply issues
  • ▹Perform regular audit controls and act as the key contact for auditors

Requirements

  • ▹Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash, master data, or contract/commercial conditions management
  • ▹Hands-on SAP experience (R3/S4)
  • ▹Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel expertise
  • ▹Excellent written and verbal English
  • ▹Knowledge of a second European language (preferably Spanish or French)

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience preferably in Pharma
  • ▹Strong business acumen with problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • ▹SAP SD module knowledge
