BlackRock is recruiting multiple Financial Engineering professionals in Budapest across several teams within Aladdin Financial Engineering (AFE), including Model Governance, Single Security Pricing, Performance Attribution and Private Markets SWAT. These roles build robust, scalable technology and quantitative models supporting investment decisions, risk management and regulatory requirements. AFE is a collaborative group of 400+ modelers and technologists serving BlackRock and 100+ global financial firms.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build robust, scalable technology and quantitative models
- ▹Support investment decision-making, risk management and regulatory requirements
- ▹Develop in C++, Python or other languages with cutting-edge technologies
- ▹Research and develop Aladdin's financial models across asset classes
- ▹Deliver analytics content to portfolio and risk management professionals
Requirements
- ▹Graduate degree in a technical field (Maths, Statistics, CS, Engineering, Finance, Econometrics, Physics)
- ▹2+ years of relevant working experience
- ▹Strong programming skills in Python or C++ for statistical/econometric analysis
- ▹Strong knowledge of financial, mathematical and statistical theory
- ▹Strong oral and written English communication
Nice to have
- ▹Postgraduate degree in a technical field
- ▹Experience delivering within strict time frames on multiple projects
