As Data Acquisition Manager within Diageo's new EU Media & Digital Centre (EMDC), you deliver dynamic, first-party data campaigns across Europe. You work hands-on with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualifio, CMS and Consumer Data Platforms to build campaign pages, gamified experiences and email activations. The role blends data, creativity and optimisation, ensuring campaigns are compliant, high-performing and scalable across brands and markets.

Responsibilities
- ▹Collaborate with brand and shopper marketing teams to deliver first-party data campaigns
- ▹Build campaign pages, data capture forms, gamified experiences and email activations using SFMC, Qualifio, CMS and CDP
- ▹Brief agencies on creative requirements aligned with brand guidelines
- ▹Continuously test, learn and optimise offers, copy, imagery and layout
- ▹Ensure captured data is accurately mapped to the CDP and GDPR-compliant
- ▹Support UAT and QA, and report campaign insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- ▹Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as SFMC, Qualifio, CMS and CDP
- ▹Strong focus on data, creativity and optimisation
- ▹Understanding of GDPR and data hygiene/compliance
- ▹Ability to deliver campaigns on time, to spec and with sign-off
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with gamified campaign experiences
- ▹Experience reporting performance metrics to stakeholders
