Citi's two-year rotational Full-Time Analyst Program, starting in September, develops new graduates as software developers in an agile environment. Depending on the team, analysts gain exposure to microservices (Java, Spring), mobile (iOS/Android), web (Angular) development and modern engineering practices including CI/CD and containerization. The cohort-based program pairs intensive training with real, high-impact banking projects.
Responsibilities
- ▹Develop quality, scalable software in an agile environment
- ▹Write code to business requirements and support testing and post-production deployment
- ▹Test and debug code and participate in peer code reviews
- ▹Work across stacks such as Java/Spring microservices, iOS/Android, or Angular web
- ▹Apply CI/CD and containerization practices (Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka)
Requirements
- ▹Recent or upcoming graduate in a technology-related field
- ▹Foundation in software development and coding to quality standards
- ▹Passion for technology and drive to make an impact
Nice to have
- ▹Java and Spring (Core/MVC/Boot/Cloud) experience
- ▹Microservices, REST APIs and design pattern knowledge
- ▹CI/CD tooling (JIRA, BitBucket, TeamCity, Artifactory, OpenShift)
- ▹Event streaming with Kafka and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ▹Mobile (Swift/Android) or front-end (Angular, TypeScript) skills
