People Associate role at Wolt's global People Support Hub (Budapest/Timișoara), supporting employees across countries with day-to-day HR questions, maintaining accurate data in Workday, and helping improve HR processes and service experience.
Responsibilities
- ▹Support Wolt people with their day-to-day HR questions across different countries
- ▹Help and educate employees on how to self-serve their basic HR needs
- ▹Support People Specialists and escalate complex HR matters to them
- ▹Create employment-related documents such as Employment Agreements
- ▹Onboard new employees to the HR system, Workday
- ▹Maintain accurate data in Workday: chase down missing data and correct errors
- ▹Cooperate closely with Payroll to enable on-time, accurate salary payments
- ▹Collaborate with the Budapest-based People Services Hub team on cross-country projects
- ▹Help improve HR processes and the service experience
