Workplace Experience Intern role at Shapr3D's Budapest office, serving as the first point of contact at the front desk and supporting the Workplace Team in keeping the office welcoming, organized, and well-run.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Be the friendly face of the Budapest office, managing the front desk and welcoming employees, guests, and visitors
  • ▹Handle day-to-day employee needs efficiently or connect them with the right person
  • ▹Support the Workplace Team with office organization, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks
  • ▹Keep track of office initiatives, social events, and company activities and keep everyone informed
  • ▹Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized workspace for the whole team

Requirements

  • ▹Fluency in both English and Hungarian, comfortable switching between them throughout the day
  • ▹Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • ▹Availability to work at least 24 hours a week (ideally 3 full 8-hour days), with a commitment of a year or more
  • ▹Currently enrolled as a student for at least the next 12 months
