Supercharge is looking for a PMO Lead to own delivery outcomes across its portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, margin and time, with clients who trust the company and return. You will lead a team of Project Managers, own Project Compass (the delivery methodology collection) as a living framework, and give leadership clear visibility into delivery health. As an Anthropic partner building AI-native capabilities, the company expects AI to already be part of how you work.
Responsibilities
- ▹Own delivery quality across the portfolio, proactively identifying risks and stepping in when projects are at risk
- ▹Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, setting standards, supporting growth and addressing performance issues
- ▹Provide leadership with clear, real-time visibility into delivery health, always paired with practical solutions
- ▹Evolve Project Compass pragmatically, keeping what adds value and removing unnecessary overhead
- ▹Drive adoption of AI-augmented delivery practices by identifying opportunities, running pilots and scaling what works
- ▹Collaborate with Program Managers on portfolio health and with Business Unit Leads on delivery performance
Requirements
- ▹Experience leading delivery in a tech consultancy or digital product company, knowing what good delivery looks like in practice
- ▹Proven experience managing Project Managers directly, including hiring, developing and making tough people decisions
- ▹Strong commercial awareness of how delivery quality, scope control and client satisfaction impact margin and renewals
- ▹Ability to make decisions without perfect information, moving quickly and adjusting along the way
- ▹Clear, confident communication skills, able to handle difficult conversations with clients and challenge senior stakeholders
- ▹Hands-on experience or strong curiosity in using AI in delivery or operations
- ▹Strong structured thinking balanced with judgment on when process helps and when it gets in the way
