Supercharge is looking for an Innovation Consultant to help clients identify the most valuable use cases, shape automation and product initiatives, and lead discovery work with confidence. This is a consulting-heavy but not pure-strategy role, working at the forefront of AI agents, intelligent automation workflows and B2B/B2C apps. The ideal candidate combines business thinking, facilitation skills and digital product sense with enough technical understanding to separate real opportunities from hype.
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead discoveries and shape opportunities: plan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery activities, keeping stakeholders aligned and the project moving
- ▹Shape AI and digital projects as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand where AI creates real business value
- ▹Scope projects: turn client requirements into well-defined scopes that are strategically sound, technically realistic and commercially viable
- ▹Map and untangle complex processes across customer-facing products, internal apps and back-office workflows
- ▹Support business development: partner with the Business Development team to identify and shape opportunities early
- ▹Turn vision into a plan through strategic presentations, process maps, feature specs, automation blueprints and AI prototypes
- ▹Cooperate with Product Strategists and Designers, driving the discovery phase end to end and serving as the primary client-facing lead
- ▹Align with the technical team (Solution Architects and AI engineers) to check feasibility, effort and cost
Requirements
- ▹At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, management consulting (digital transformation focus) or a mix
- ▹Strong understanding of business processes, organisational dynamics and how digital and AI initiatives create real value
- ▹Strong facilitation, interviewing and workshop design skills, having led sessions that drove real outcomes
- ▹Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills with any audience
- ▹Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology, able to separate hype from real value and hold technical conversations with engineers and architects
- ▹Ability to articulate product scopes precisely enough for designers and engineers to execute
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in key target industries (Insurance or Energy)
- ▹Experience building business cases or taking part in process optimization projects
- ▹Hands-on experience writing business requirements, product scopes or feature specs
- ▹Hands-on experience with AI products or automation projects
- ▹Strong product taste and concepting ability, comfortable prototyping with AI tools
