Betsson Group is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build best-in-class applications and solutions. The role involves developing AI solutions and applications, context systems, and AI Agents, maintaining and enhancing multiple AI systems and products, researching frontier models, and collaborating with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players.

Responsibilities
- ▹Developing and maintaining modular and reusable systems, exploring new technologies, and finding solutions to enhance the products
- ▹Participating in design discussions, troubleshooting complex problems, and contributing directly to the codebase
- ▹Helping build a collaborative, high-performing team culture, including reviewing code and supporting other engineers and the tech lead
Requirements
- ▹Proven experience developing and delivering production-ready AI applications
- ▹Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs, and Prompt Engineering
- ▹Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores, and MCP
- ▹Experience developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
- ▹Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity
