Full-time Frontend Developer position with the Quinncia team, building an AI-powered career readiness platform for college students. Fully remote team; any country works as long as you are available from 10 AM to 1 PM (EST).
Responsibilities
- ▹Enhance the UI and UX, streamline operations and improve the technical foundation
- ▹Influence how individual features are built as a core member of the Front-End team
- ▹Take ownership of end-to-end product quality to keep the app/website reliable
- ▹Write high-quality code; look for opportunities to automate and package reusable code
- ▹Continuously learn new technologies, patterns and paradigms
- ▹Work alongside the lead designer
Requirements
- ▹Availability from 10 AM to 1 PM (EST) (country and time zone otherwise do not matter)
- ▹Full-time commitment (no part-time, contractors, software dev companies or consultants)
- ▹Profound knowledge of JavaScript
- ▹TypeScript
- ▹Next.js
- ▹Practical and recent experience with React.js
- ▹Experience communicating with RESTful services
- ▹Experience with testing (e.g. Jest)
- ▹Bundling JavaScript code (e.g. Webpack)
- ▹Deep knowledge of CSS and preprocessors (e.g. Sass)
- ▹GraphQL
- ▹Strong logical skills, understanding of design patterns and the ability to predict edge cases
- ▹Good understanding of UI and UX
