Responsibilities

  • ▹Own automated test coverage: design and grow the E2E and integration suite with Cypress, set strategy and prioritize coverage gaps
  • ▹Own the full bug lifecycle from triage to production fix, keeping stakeholders informed
  • ▹Cross-functional quality partnership: review requirements with PMs, Designers and the Data team, raise risks early and define what 'done' means
  • ▹Process improvement: identify weaknesses in how software is delivered and propose solutions, not just document them
  • ▹Exploratory testing: test new features and existing flows across web and mobile on multiple devices
  • ▹Actively explore AI tools to improve quality operations, cut repetitive work and uncover coverage gaps

Requirements

  • ▹Located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil (the role is tied to this location)
  • ▹Experience setting and owning automation strategy (not just executing test cases others wrote)
  • ▹Hands-on with the stack: PHP (Laravel) and React / React Native, with Cypress as the primary test framework
  • ▹Exploratory testing experience across web and mobile on multiple devices
  • ▹Self-directed approach to exploring AI tools (does not wait to be told what to use)
