Industrial XR Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop interactive 3D, XR, and digital twin applications
• ▹Create immersive visualization experiences for industrial, engineering, facility, and enterprise use cases
• ▹Collaborate with 3D artists, designers, software developers, and engineering teams to build high-quality digital environments
• ▹Optimize scenes, assets, rendering pipelines, and user experiences for performance and scalability
• ▹Develop tools, scripts, and workflows to automate content preparation and data integration processes
• ▹Participate in proof-of-concepts, demos, client workshops, and innovation initiatives
• ▹Learn and contribute to NVIDIA Omniverse and OpenUSD-based workflows as part of project delivery

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience with Unity / Unreal Engine
• ▹Experience developing interactive 3D, AR/VR, simulation, visualization, gaming, or digital twin applications
• ▹Understanding of 3D graphics concepts including materials, lighting, rendering, optimization, and asset management
• ▹Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, artists, and software engineers
• ▹Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of NVIDIA Omniverse or OpenUSD is a plus, but not required
• ▹Experience with CAD, BIM, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing data
• ▹Familiarity with cloud-based visualization or streaming solutions
• ▹Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated pipelines, or DevOps practices
• ▹Experience with simulation, robotics, IoT, synthetic data, or digital twin projects
