Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant / Developer

We are looking for a consultant / developer for customer-experience and data-driven projects, who helps understand and effectively support customer processes using modern CRM and Customer Data Platform solutions.

Requirements

  • Several years of project experience in CRM / marketing / customer experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms)
  • Confident business and customer process knowledge: lead management, campaign management, customer journeys, customer segmentation
  • Experience with at least one of: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data and/or Journeys), or another similar Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Basic data modeling and SQL knowledge
  • Strong consulting mindset, structured thinking and customer-centric approach
