Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant / Developer

Requirements

• ▹Several years of project experience in CRM / marketing / customer experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms)
• ▹Confident business and customer process knowledge: lead management, campaign management, customer journeys, customer segmentation
• ▹Experience with at least one of: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data and/or Journeys), or another similar Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution
• ▹Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
• ▹Basic data modeling and SQL knowledge
• ▹Strong consulting mindset, structured thinking and customer-centric approach
