
Technical Business Analyst with English and German
The Billing Layout team at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Solution Designer with strong Business Analyst skills to act as the link between business and development teams in a large-scale billing modernization project, working on how invoices look and work, including e-invoicing and PDF formats.
Responsibilities
- ▹Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements for invoice layout and design
- ▹Document and coordinate business requirements clearly
- ▹Align with different stakeholders to clarify open questions and priorities
- ▹Translate business needs into language and formats that development teams can work with
- ▹Work closely with Product Owners to make sure requirements are understood and properly planned
- ▹Distribute functional requirements to the right teams
Requirements
- ▹Solid experience in Solution Design and Business Analysis (senior / expert level)
- ▹German and English at least B2 level, both spoken and written
- ▹Experience with cross-system process analysis, seeing the big picture across multiple systems
- ▹Strong requirements management skills
- ▹Confidence working with different departments and external partners
- ▹Experience moderating workshops, including larger groups
- ▹Good understanding of microservices architecture
- ▹Familiarity with AWS-based solutions
- ▹Hands-on experience with Jira (administration, backlog maintenance)
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in the billing / invoicing domain
- ▹Experience working with Jira in a scaled or multi-team setup
