Technical Business Analyst with English and German

Responsibilities

• ▹Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather and discuss requirements for invoice layout and design
• ▹Document and coordinate business requirements clearly
• ▹Align with different stakeholders to clarify open questions and priorities
• ▹Translate business needs into language and formats that development teams can work with
• ▹Work closely with Product Owners to make sure requirements are understood and properly planned
• ▹Distribute functional requirements to the right teams

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience in Solution Design and Business Analysis (senior / expert level)
• ▹German and English at least B2 level, both spoken and written
• ▹Experience with cross-system process analysis, seeing the big picture across multiple systems
• ▹Strong requirements management skills
• ▹Confidence working with different departments and external partners
• ▹Experience moderating workshops, including larger groups
• ▹Good understanding of microservices architecture
• ▹Familiarity with AWS-based solutions
• ▹Hands-on experience with Jira (administration, backlog maintenance)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the billing / invoicing domain
• ▹Experience working with Jira in a scaled or multi-team setup
