Responsibilities

• ▹Own solutions end-to-end from idea to production
• ▹Design scalable digital products and platforms
• ▹Drive AI-powered innovation and automation
• ▹Collaborate across product, architecture, engineering and business teams
• ▹Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code daily, including prompt-driven prototyping and AI-assisted debugging, testing, documentation and refactoring, with responsible AI adoption

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience
• ▹A holistic, end-to-end approach from business need to operations
• ▹Broad skills across development, cloud, integration and DevOps

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with AI-powered product development
• ▹Azure, AWS or Google Cloud expertise
• ▹HR technology experience
• ▹Kubernetes and platform engineering
• ▹Experience with LLMs, ML or intelligent automation
