HelloFresh's Cloud Security Team is looking for a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help maintain the highest security standards in the industry by providing infrastructure security solutions at scale through automation. You will enhance the security posture of HelloFresh's cloud infrastructure, secure containers and CI/CD pipelines, implement DevSecOps guardrails and maintain least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Enhance the security posture of HelloFresh's cloud infrastructure and services, hardening them against abuse and nefarious activities.
  • ▹Secure containers and CI/CD pipelines and implement guardrails for developers aligned with DevSecOps principles.
  • ▹Automate procedures and develop products to improve the security posture of HelloFresh's infrastructure.
  • ▹Design and operate scalable processes to provision cloud access and maintain least-privilege.
  • ▹Mentor and train peers on security best practices.
  • ▹Remediate and validate security issues across cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • ▹Detailed understanding of cloud and network security, modern threats and security best practices.
  • ▹Understanding of modern cloud technology components and deployment patterns: CI/CD, virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, infrastructure as code, etc.
  • ▹Fluency in one or more programming or scripting languages.
  • ▹Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional squads.
  • ▹Knowledge of security engineering, computer and network security, security protocols and applied cryptography.

Soft skills

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional squads.Mentoring and knowledge sharing with peers.
