Mirakl is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for Mirakl Ads, joining the seven-person EMEA Ads team. The role owns quota attainment through new customer acquisition among retailers and marketplace operators, running the full 5-to-9-month enterprise sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor on retail media monetisation.

Responsibilities
- ▹Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads across the EMEA territory, owning quota through repeatable new customer acquisition.
- ▹Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 5-9 months): prospecting, discovery and business case, technical validation, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
- ▹Act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetisation, sponsored product mechanics and advertiser ROI, positioning Mirakl's differentiators against competing solutions.
- ▹Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers (Chief Digital Officers, VP/Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retail Media, CMOs) in complex retailer organisations.
- ▹Own and grow a healthy multi-stage pipeline, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success and Legal to accelerate deals and ensure smooth onboarding handover.
Requirements
- ▹6+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or Ad-tech/Retail Media sales with a consistent track record.
- ▹Proven ability to manage and prioritise a pipeline and accelerate sales cycles against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- ▹Skilled in solution selling and ROI-based selling, engaging stakeholders from practitioners to C-suite.
- ▹Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
- ▹Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) for forecasting, pipeline hygiene and reporting.
- ▹English at C2 level.
Nice to have
- ▹Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSPs, ad servers, APIs, data-driven media buying).
- ▹Experience in marketplace platforms or eCommerce environments.
- ▹Comfort using AI-powered sales tools (e.g. Gong, Dust).
- ▹An additional European language (French, German, Spanish).
