N26 is seeking a Product Manager for AI Products to join the Intelligent Operations Platforms (IOP) segment. You will drive the development of AI solutions spanning both Machine Learning and Generative AI that empower teams and help N26 lead the financial industry through technology. The AI Products team is a central hub of innovation, building AI capabilities that make every part of the bank - from Financial Crime and Risk to Growth and Marketing - smarter.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Work closely with senior product leadership and other PMs to align your roadmap with the company-wide AI strategy
- ▹Drive business impact in high-impact areas such as Operations, fraud detection (FinCrime) and personalised marketing
- ▹Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key Machine Learning and GenAI initiatives from concept to full-scale production
- ▹Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers, acting as the bridge to business and product stakeholders
- ▹Manage day-to-day delivery, balancing innovation with the security and reliability standards of a bank
- ▹Support the creation and sharing of blueprints and toolkits so other teams can integrate AI autonomously and safely
Requirements
- ▹2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment with a track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products
- ▹Strong grasp of AI fundamentals, including when to use LLMs versus traditional ML methodologies
- ▹Data-driven mindset, comfortable with complex datasets and defining/tracking KPIs for model performance and business value
- ▹Experience working in an Agile environment and managing multiple stakeholders across departments
- ▹Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical partners
