N26 is hiring a Junior Backend Engineer for its Financial Empowerment domain, whose goal is to empower everyone to achieve financial freedom by giving users access to the money they need for their life objectives. You will work in cross-functional teams with a high degree of autonomy, tackling complex, interesting problems and embracing the latest technologies daily.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions
- ▹Maintain and improve software
- ▹Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- ▹Work with high autonomy alongside international, highly engaged peers
- ▹Work with people and teams who have a getting-things-done attitude
Requirements
- ▹Experience developing software using Java or Kotlin
- ▹Ability to work independently
- ▹Highly motivated and a fast learner
- ▹Problem-solving ability
- ▹Full professional proficiency in English
- ▹Strong call to action and for getting things done
- ▹Motivation to write well-tested and well-documented code
