Business Strategy Developer - International
As a Business Development Consultant for Elastic International, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with senior leaders to shape how Elastic grows across its international markets. You'll turn complex business challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes, designing short- and long-term business plans, refining business models, and developing data-driven go-to-market strategies. The role spans financial analysis, KPI definition, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- ▹Partner directly with executives to design short- and long-term business plans, refine business models, and develop data-driven, scalable go-to-market strategies.
- ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align goals and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- ▹Conduct financial analyses, business valuations, and profitability assessments.
- ▹Establish KPIs to measure progress and recommend pivots when the data calls for it.
- ▹Develop and implement initiatives that tangibly improve revenue and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- ▹2-5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a SaaS corporate sales strategy function.
- ▹Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, comfortable working in a spreadsheet and telling a story with data.
- ▹Strategic clarity and the ability to operate at both a high level and in the details.
- ▹A solid grasp of the technology market, including enterprise software and SaaS dynamics.
- ▹Curiosity and drive.
