Raisin, the world's leading savings and investment platform, is seeking a communicative and driven IT Security Manager to lead and develop its internal security teams. The role focuses on internal security operations, cross-departmental coordination, DORA compliance and AWS cloud security oversight. You will act as a critical internal sparring partner for Business, IT and the 2nd Line of Defense.

Responsibilities
- ▹Take ownership of internal security operations, leading and mentoring internal security experts in a results-oriented manner
- ▹Act as the central, consultative liaison across the company and lead cross-departmental coordination of security topics
- ▹Oversee 1st line technical security execution, including incident analysis, threat mitigation and robust monitoring
- ▹Serve as the central contact for the 2nd Line of Defense (CISO) and ensure alignment with IT Governance, risk frameworks and DORA
- ▹Drive and contribute to broader security-related projects across the IT landscape
- ▹Guide teams in maintaining a secure, compliant AWS cloud environment based on the Shared Responsibility Model
- ▹Pragmatically manage third-party security vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, cost-effectiveness and strong ROI
Requirements
- ▹10+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity or information security
- ▹At least 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Security Manager or in a similar leadership capacity
- ▹Broad expertise across domains such as IT Governance/GRC, ISMS, ISO 27001, BCM, NIS 2, DORA, Vulnerability Management, SOC/SIEM, IAM/PAM, Penetration Testing, Network Security or DevSecOps
- ▹A generalist leadership mindset with understanding of security technologies, standards and business impact
- ▹Proven track record leading, structuring and motivating internal technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- ▹Solid practical knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and the cloud Shared Responsibility Model
- ▹Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM, ITIL)
- ▹Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
