GetYourGuide is hiring a Paid Search Lead focused on ad creative strategy and creative automation for its Berlin HQ Performance Marketing team. You will own the roadmap for Paid Search content strategy and creative asset superiority at scale, balancing LLM-powered automation velocity with quality, brand safety and localized messaging. The role works cross-functionally with Product and Data Science and aligns with platform partners on ad format evolution.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Own and define the roadmap for Paid Search content strategy and creative automation at scale
  • ▹Set strategic direction for ad creative excellence by identifying emerging trends (GenAI, automatically created ads, creative automation)
  • ▹Own alignment with platform partners and shape the RSA strategy around platform shifts
  • ▹Act as strategic stakeholder between Performance, Product and Data Science
  • ▹Conduct analysis to identify trends and inflection points in ad creative and RSA performance
  • ▹Create scalable processes for asset library management, creative quality control and brand safety governance

Requirements

  • ▹Degree in economics, marketing, statistics, computer science or similar quantitative discipline
  • ▹5-7 years of experience in performance marketing with solid Paid Search expertise
  • ▹Proven track record of owning a domain or strategic roadmap and delivering measurable outcomes
  • ▹Deep understanding of Google Ads creative systems (RSA architecture, automatically created ads, ad customizers, DCO, API integrations)
  • ▹Experience orchestrating cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • ▹Ability to identify emerging trends in ad creative, automation and GenAI and translate them into strategy
