GetYourGuide is hiring an AI Governance Lead to define and own the company's internal AI governance posture, from policy to practice. This high-visibility, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, security, legal and product, working directly with the AI Council, IT, Security and Legal. You will set the strategic direction for responsible internal AI adoption with company-wide scope.
Responsibilities
- ▹Architect the AI governance framework: standards, policies and decision-making structures for evaluating and adopting AI tools
- ▹Shape the multi-year AI enablement strategy, balancing innovation velocity with security and compliance
- ▹Serve as the senior internal AI authority and go-to decision-maker on tooling, shadow AI risks and governance
- ▹Lead cross-functional alignment between AI, Security, Legal and business stakeholders
- ▹Drive the reduction of shadow AI and fragmentation across the organization
- ▹Evaluate and select AI platforms and tools based on security, compliance and long-term fit
Requirements
- ▹Track record of defining AI governance frameworks, policies or responsible AI programs
- ▹Strong point of view on how organizations should approach AI adoption and safeguards
- ▹Experience operating at the intersection of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including VP/C-level
- ▹Solid generalist background across platform, SaaS or systems environments
- ▹Fluency in security, compliance and data governance specific to AI (model risk, data residency, access controls, auditability)
- ▹Comfortable owning initiatives from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
