HelloFresh is looking for a Site QA/QC Specialist to join its fast-growing team in Bleiswijk. As a key member of the Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) department, you will drive the initiatives that define the quality of every HelloFresh box, working on the front lines of the fulfillment center and optimizing daily processes with operational teams. You will be the expert who steps forward to ensure compliance during challenges and unannounced audits while maintaining high operational momentum.
Responsibilities
- ▹Act as the primary driver of the Quality Management System (QMS), keeping the site compliant with internal standards and external regulations
- ▹Design, implement, and refine internal quality processes to bridge high-speed operations and flawless food safety
- ▹Work side-by-side with production and logistics teams to embed a quality-first mindset and optimize fulfillment workflows
- ▹Take a leading role in internal audits and GMP rounds and serve as the key contact for external and unannounced audits
- ▹Collaborate with the wider Site Quality team on strategic continuous improvement projects
- ▹Manage the investigation and follow-up of supplier non-conformities and consumer complaints, turning feedback into site improvements
Requirements
- ▹2-5 years work experience in a quality function within the food industry
- ▹Accurate and goal-oriented
- ▹Able to present in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment
- ▹Enjoy working with other teams
- ▹Experience with quality systems such as IFS, BRC or FSSC22000
- ▹Fluent in English and Dutch (must)
