(Senior) ESG Data & Reporting Manager (all genders)
HelloFresh's ESG Reporting team at its Berlin headquarters is looking for a Senior ESG Data and Reporting Manager. Part of the global Sustainability department, the team oversees strategic sustainability topics for HelloFresh Group and works with its 16 markets. The core focus is curating the Annual Sustainability Statements, ensuring compliance with external reporting regulations such as the CSRD, developing the ESG data landscape, and preparing quarterly updates to C-Level and the external ESG Supervisory Board. This is a 12-month contract position as maternity cover.

Responsibilities
- ▹Manage the preparation and assurance with external auditors of the HelloFresh Group Sustainability Statements in compliance with the CSRD
- ▹Manage the timeline and milestones of the 2026 Sustainability Statements preparation and external assurance
- ▹Lead the coordination of evidence collection during the annual audit period between auditor and Group stakeholders
- ▹Analyze and implement existing and upcoming national and international sustainability disclosure requirements such as CSRD-compliance (including EU Taxonomy)
- ▹Develop interpretations and guidance for CSRD compliance and support implementation of compliance measures and policies
- ▹Consult ESG stakeholders on ESG data tracking, data consistency, and process streamlining
- ▹Guide topic leads on quantitative and qualitative data collection and validate the correctness of the data
- ▹Oversee regular non-financial risk assessments and update the annual CSRD-compliant Double Materiality assessment
- ▹Manage stakeholder engagement across ESG topics, Finance, Tech, Investor Relations, Public Relations, and Brand and Communications
Requirements
- ▹Postgraduate education in sustainability, environmental science, accounting, finance, business administration or management (or related fields)
- ▹5+ years experience in ESG / Sustainability Reporting or Audit / External Assurance
- ▹Exceptional project management skills and previous experience managing direct reports with a transformational leadership mindset
- ▹Strong understanding of international and German non-financial reporting regulations (NFRD, CSRD, TCFD, EU Taxonomy)
- ▹Excellent stakeholder management skills and senior management engagement experience
- ▹Strong interest in working with large datasets or data visualization tools like Tableau
- ▹Exceptional organizational skills with proven experience working globally across time zones and cultures
- ▹Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- ▹Strong written and verbal English communication skills
