HelloFresh is looking for an IT Engineer for its ambitious, growing UK team. Working within the IT team, you will take a leading role in delivering world-class support to all UK team members across a range of hardware and software, acting as first point of contact and solving technical issues. Over time you will balance support work with impactful projects and travel regularly to sites across the Nordics to deliver best-in-class service.
Responsibilities
- ▹Be the first point of contact for support needs including onboarding/offboarding, access requests and troubleshooting
- ▹Manage Workplace and Warehouse Technologies, implementing best practices, improving processes and defining new service standards
- ▹Learn key IT principles alongside the analytical skills used to build the ideal IT landscape
- ▹Define and complete technical projects that will have a lasting impact on the company
- ▹Gain working knowledge of a range of platforms including Google Workspace, Azure and the Atlassian Suite
- ▹Proactively improve and automate processes, ensuring knowledge sharing by documenting all changes and new procedures
Requirements
- ▹Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS or Android) and the latest hardware, including corporate printing solutions
- ▹Understanding of corporate software (Slack, Google Workspace, Azure, Atlassian, Snipe-IT, Intune, Jamf, SureMDM)
- ▹Strong communication skills, able to translate tech talk for any user
- ▹Ability to identify relevant information from a variety of sources and share it with the team
- ▹A quantitative and analytical mindset, using data as the basis of decisions
- ▹A positive, proactive approach to tackling issues
- ▹Ability to travel to scheduled visits to sites across the Nordics and, if needed, Europe
- ▹Experience with LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructures
- ▹Knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco switches and Cisco Wireless
- ▹A valid EU/UK driver's license
- ▹The independent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
