Responsibilities

  • ▹Support and lead Yellow and Green Belt projects in a production environment to improve operational KPIs
  • ▹Identify improvement opportunities across production processes and implement sustainable solutions with cross-functional teams
  • ▹Drive change initiatives related to new processes, technologies and systems to ensure successful adoption
  • ▹Analyse operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau or SQL and translate insights into business decisions
  • ▹Build Low-Code/No-Code applications with PowerApps, AppSheet or similar tools to bridge data insight and on-floor tools
  • ▹Be actively present on the shop floor to drive a culture of continuous improvement and provide training on process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)

Requirements

  • ▹A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Operations
  • ▹3-5 years in a manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment environment
  • ▹Proven experience contributing to or leading operational excellence projects
  • ▹Strong practical experience in Lean Methodology and its tools
  • ▹Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau or SQL
  • ▹Fluent in German or English, with at least B2 in the other language

Nice to have

  • ▹Strong knowledge in AI tools and modern digital solutions
  • ▹Agile Practitioner experience
