A Commercial Analytics Manager role for HelloFresh's fast-growing London team, responsible for setting the analytical direction, building and maintaining the BI infrastructure, and driving key analytical projects. The role produces insightful, actionable dashboards and analysis that underpin key decisions and improve the core product (the meal kits sent to customers).

Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead the scoping, building and managing of the Commercial BI infrastructure with highly actionable Tableau dashboards
  • ▹Improve data quality and tooling across teams and champion a strong data culture
  • ▹Ideate, scope and lead key strategic analytical projects driving core product improvements
  • ▹Deep dive large datasets and pull out key insights underpinning product improvements
  • ▹Present and obtain approval on recommendations from Senior Management
  • ▹Identify, develop and implement new approaches and processes, simplifying and optimising recurring processes
  • ▹Collaborate with Culinary, Menu Planning, Analytics, Procurement, Operations, Marketing and international geographies

Requirements

  • ▹Experience using Tableau with strong working knowledge of data visualisation
  • ▹SQL experience is essential
  • ▹Very strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • ▹Excellent analytical skills and ability to summarise quantitative concepts in a digestible format
  • ▹Strong project management competencies
  • ▹Professional experience in a high-performance and culture environment

Nice to have

  • ▹Experience with Python
  • ▹Experience leading interactions with senior stakeholders
