Pennylane is at a pivotal point in its growth, where the Strat & Ops teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product) increasingly need to automate their processes and gain autonomy with AI. The Team Lead Automation, within the Growth & Automation team, brings clear ownership over governance, prioritization, and long-term team enablement. The role leads a team of 4 covering Sales, CS, and Marketing, and acts as a key interface with critical stakeholders such as IT Security, Legal, Product, and Data.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Directly manage and grow a team of 4 covering Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • ▹Build team rituals and create conditions for each member to be efficient and autonomous
  • ▹Own governance, prioritization, and arbitration of priorities
  • ▹Act as the interface with critical stakeholders: IT Security, Legal, Product, and Data
  • ▹Drive major strategic GTM projects such as Expansion, Compte Pro, and monetization
