Pennylane is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in France, building financial management software for SMEs and accounting firms. As a Partner Solution Architect (also called Technical Project Manager), you are the technical and operational owner of migrating accounting firms onto Pennylane. You coordinate many internal and external stakeholders to ensure fast, efficient migrations of highly sensitive financial data, working on the Key Accounts scope.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Own the technical and operational migration of accounting firms onto Pennylane
  • ▹Scope migration projects (source software, data volume, business specifics) with the firm
  • ▹Govern the project by coordinating internal (PSS, AE, PRM, partners) and external (accountants, firm IT, ambassadors) stakeholders
  • ▹Ensure data migration is completed within the allotted 5-day deadline
  • ▹Provide hypercare and post-migration client support
  • ▹Communicate fluently with internal tech teams and external contacts such as CIOs, CFOs and accountants
