Technical Deployment Consultant (x/f/m)

As a Technical Deployment Consultant at Doctolib, you work closely with sales, operational deployment teams and software-vendor partners to manage every functional and technical aspect of rolling out Doctolib within healthcare institutions. You contribute to one of Europe's most ambitious healthcare digitalisation projects. The role sits at the interface of technical expertise, project management and interoperability. The position is based in Levallois-Perret on a permanent full-time contract.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits together with a functional expert to adapt the product to the information systems of healthcare institutions and ensure proper use
  • Lead the technical side of Doctolib deployments: run the techno-functional scoping of the solution, work with the institutions' technical contacts to deploy connectors, and test and validate the correct operation of interfaces
  • Carry multiple parallel projects end to end, taking responsibility for quality and deadlines across the whole lifecycle
  • Act as technical expert and reference for interoperability, follow the API design with the technical development team and define possible evolutions with the Product Owner
  • Collaborate with IT departments, the sales team, partner software vendors and the institutions' technical teams as the privileged technical contact
  • Ensure the link with the dedicated support and monitoring team

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing complex projects, having already coordinated a team of several stakeholders with different profiles
  • Engineering-school degree
  • Significant experience of project management in complex information systems (banking, ideally hospital environments) with interoperability challenges
  • Strong interest in technical projects with major commercial stakes
  • Recognised for logical thinking and very strong analytical ability

Nice to have

  • Strong technical expertise, or the technical background to acquire it quickly: APIs (SaaS, Web Services, HTTPS), hospital information-system interoperability (HL7 standard, FHIR standard)
  • Excellent communication skills, well organised, proactive and demonstrating leadership
