This six-month full-time internship places you at the heart of Doctolib's Technical Services team, which onboards new practitioners, analyses and resolves user-reported bugs, and continuously improves the product and internal tools. The environment is dynamic and cross-functional, with heavy integration of AI (RAG, developer copilots, automations) to speed up diagnostics and development. You will build internal tools, investigate incidents and create dashboards. The internship starts in September 2026 in Nantes or Levallois-Perret.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Develop internal tools and services to automate recurring tasks and improve the efficiency of the service
  • ▹Retrieve, understand and interpret logs for investigation and technical resolution
  • ▹Take part in the analysis and resolution of incidents in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams
  • ▹Create dashboards and monitoring metrics to improve observability and decision-making
  • ▹Understand how AI is used within the service (RAG, copilots) and leverage it to optimise workflows

Requirements

  • ▹Programming and SQL skills
  • ▹Customer- and product-oriented mindset
  • ▹Good level of English (many interactions in English)

  • ▹Willingness to improve practitioner onboarding journeys
  • ▹Knowledge of Kibana and Datadog
