A Senior Account Executive role supporting the Sales team in the Berlin/Brandenburg region to drive the launch and scaling of Doctolib's new practice software (Praxissoftware) for medical practices. The role combines strong sales performance with entrepreneurial thinking and ownership of concrete revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Take a key role in the successful launch and scaling of the new practice software
  • ▹Develop new market potential in close cooperation with the Go-to-Market and Sales Excellence teams
  • ▹Manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract closing
  • ▹Own concrete revenue targets (MRR) with a clear focus on the new product launch

Requirements

  • ▹At least 7 years of demonstrable success in software sales
  • ▹At least 1 year selling practice software in the medical, office-based (niedergelassen) sector
  • ▹Field sales experience in the German healthcare system with deep understanding of medical practice structures and processes
  • ▹Strong analytical skills to grasp complex structures and develop user-oriented solutions
  • ▹Project management ability to coordinate internal/external stakeholders and solve complex, including technical, questions
  • ▹Native-level German communication

  • ▹Experience dealing with C-level decision-makers and communicating with relevant stakeholders
