Doctolib is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the OREO (Observability Reliability Engineering Obsession) team in Platform Engineering. You will lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers driving the evolution of Doctolib's observability platform and ensuring it remains reliable, debuggable and scalable, while owning critical transversal services such as HashiCorp Vault and Terraform Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead, coach and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers, supporting their development and career progression
  • ▹Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and career development conversations, and recruit, onboard and retain top SRE talent
  • ▹Partner with SREs and senior engineers to define and evolve the observability strategy (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting)
  • ▹Own the strategy and evolution of critical transversal services including HashiCorp Vault and Terraform Enterprise
  • ▹Own the team's on-call experience and incident response processes, and lead postmortem reviews to drive systemic improvements
  • ▹Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, security and infrastructure teams to align observability and IaC practices

Requirements

  • ▹Experience managing and growing a team of Site Reliability Engineers
  • ▹Strong technical foundation in observability: logging, metrics, tracing and alerting
  • ▹Experience with infrastructure management services such as HashiCorp Vault (secrets management) and Terraform Enterprise (IaC)
  • ▹Track record of driving large-scale reliability and observability initiatives and roadmap prioritization
  • ▹Experience owning on-call and incident response with sustainable, continuously improving practices
  • ▹Experience with cloud-native platforms supporting web and mobile interfaces across multiple languages
