Responsibilities
- ▹ML Engineering & MLOps: model deployment, evaluation frameworks (offline/online) and model monitoring
- ▹Natural Language Processing: clinical NLP, LLM expertise, deep learning and speech/language modeling
- ▹LLMOps & Generative AI: prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, embedding models and agent frameworks
- ▹Automatic Speech Recognition: voice activity detection, interactive voice assistants, audio processing and speech-to-text
- ▹Search, ranking and information retrieval
- ▹Reasoning, knowledge representation (knowledge graphs, ontologies) and reinforcement learning
Requirements
- ▹Degree in computer science, applied mathematics, data science or a related field (Master's, PhD or equivalent)
- ▹Mastery of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- ▹Hands-on experience with LLMs, both open and closed source
- ▹Proficiency in Python
- ▹Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach
- ▹Fluent English (international work environment)
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in healthcare or medical NLP
- ▹Mastery of RAG techniques, embeddings and vector search
- ▹Knowledge of MLOps technologies and production model deployment (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow)
- ▹Contributions to open-source projects or publications at AI conferences
