Senior Product Manager for our AI Lab
As a Product Manager in Qonto's AI Lab you own 1–2 AI agents end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, and accelerate Qonto's AI roadmap alongside a team of about 10 engineers, a designer and a PMM, building on one of the most advanced in-house agent platforms in European fintech. You drive the full lifecycle of each agent, set and hold the delivery cadence, and talk to users constantly to build agents people actually use. You report to the Head of the AI Lab within a fast-moving team of about 15 people.
Responsibilities
- ▹Own an AI agent end-to-end: drive discovery, prioritization, spec, delivery and iteration for 1–2 agents at a time
- ▹Set and hold the delivery cadence, defining what "done" looks like, tracking progress and unblocking the team
- ▹Talk to users constantly through regular calls to validate problems and catch signal early
- ▹Partner with domain experts across cross-functional teams to acquire context and co-define features
- ▹Help scale agent practices by contributing to the patterns, handover models and playbooks
Requirements
- ▹End-to-end ownership (L3+): you have shipped products from problem to production and own the outcome, not just coordination
- ▹Strong user-driven mindset: you talk to users regularly and turn qualitative signals into sharp problem statements and decisions
- ▹PM fundamentals: product sense, prioritization, structured thinking and stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment
- ▹Positive influence on engineering teams, setting a high bar while keeping pressure healthy
- ▹AI curiosity and fluency, using AI tools daily (Claude, Dust or similar) and ideally having built a small agent or automation
- ▹French speaker
