Affiliate Business Developer (Fixed-Term Contract)
Ledger is seeking a dynamic Affiliate Business Developer for its Consumer Sales team in Paris. In this role you will drive Ledger's market growth by recruiting affiliates, showcasing product benefits, and building strong partnerships with creators, key opinion leaders, and bloggers to boost wallet sales and app installs. This is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave, with a start planned for mid-August 2026.
Responsibilities
- ▹Foster, grow, and optimise relationships with top-tier global affiliate partners to drive wallet sales and app installs
- ▹Conduct targeted cold outreach and scale the affiliate network by onboarding partners aligned with Ledger's self-custody vision
- ▹Coordinate the creation and delivery of dedicated marketing assets (custom landing pages, banners, CRM integration) with internal Creative, CRM, Tech, and Project Management teams
- ▹Partner with internal experts and stakeholders to organise co-branded events, webinars, and partner education programs
- ▹Monitor, analyse, and optimise affiliate performance metrics, and deliver structured reports on program ROI to management
- ▹Track market trends and identify new regional or demographic target audiences for strategic partnerships
Requirements
- ▹At least 4+ years of experience in sales, partner acquisition, or account management
- ▹A proven track record working within corporate environments, navigating internal processes and aligning multiple departments and cross-functional stakeholders
- ▹Strong project management skills, acting as a bridge between partners and internal technical/creative teams
- ▹Native or fluent English, with flawless written and spoken skills, as the affiliate scope is entirely global
- ▹Proven ability to manage stress, multi-task, and prioritise during highly intensive business periods such as Q4
- ▹Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to explore the Web3 and crypto world
- ▹Availability to start mid-August 2026 for a smooth onboarding hand-off before the maternity leave begins
