Responsibilities

  • ▹Lead and develop a high-performing product management team, including managers of managers
  • ▹Define and own a coherent product vision across the Builder Experience portfolio
  • ▹Set goals, track metrics, and use product analytics data to drive outcomes
  • ▹Be a credible technical voice on network protocols, distributed systems, and client libraries
  • ▹Champion AI as a first-class capability across builder tooling
  • ▹Partner deeply with engineering and design, and drive go-to-market with product marketing

Requirements

  • ▹Proven product leadership experience managing product managers, including managers of managers
  • ▹Track record of shipping complex products hands-on
  • ▹Ability to develop and communicate a strategy across a broad, interconnected portfolio
  • ▹Strong partnership with product analytics to define meaningful metrics and drive decisions
  • ▹Technical credibility in distributed systems, network protocols, and client libraries
  • ▹Experience shaping go-to-market messaging and positioning for a builder audience
