As a core member of the Redis AI Services team, you develop novel memory and context capabilities essential for advanced chatbots and AI agents. The mission is to accelerate the world's transition to AI-native systems with high-performance, developer- and agent-friendly services. You design and build scalable, reliable AI-driven features in the Agentic AI era.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design and develop AI-driven features ensuring scalability, reliability and performance
- ▹Drive innovation by experimenting with cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks
- ▹Contribute to Redis' evolution in the AI space
- ▹Collaborate closely with the broader engineering team, Support and DevOps
Requirements
- ▹4+ years developing backend components and applications
- ▹Hands-on experience building, testing and deploying cloud services in production
- ▹Experience with databases (including NoSQL)
- ▹Exposure to CI/CD and deployment tooling (e.g., Argo CD, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- ▹Experience delivering high-quality software at scale in Golang, Java, Python or other languages
- ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to have
- ▹Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Augment, etc.)
- ▹Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or LangChain
- ▹Experience with Redis or similar NoSQL databases
