As a Solutions Architect at Redis, you collaborate with customers to design customized Redis-powered solutions for their business and database needs. You drive POCs, pilots and evaluations hands-on while partnering with Sales to grow accounts. The role requires fluency in English and German.
Responsibilities
- ▹Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis products, solutions and services
- ▹Understand, quantify and verify customers' business needs and specific use cases
- ▹Drive POCs and pilots together with customers' technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, C-level)
- ▹Collaborate with the Sales team on account strategies and new opportunities
- ▹Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a professional, engaging way
- ▹Provide customer feedback and insights to Product Management and R&D
Requirements
- ▹3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering for enterprise software (ideally database engineering)
- ▹Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
- ▹Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
- ▹BS in Computer Science / B.A. or equivalent work experience
- ▹Excellent written and spoken English and German
