Fullstack Software Engineer (f/m/d)
Contentful is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to work on automations, workflows and team collaboration features within its content platform ecosystem. You will design, develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React and Node.js, collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers. The role combines data-driven development, rapid problem solving and continuous improvement through code reviews.
Responsibilities
- ▹Design, develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend features using TypeScript, React and Node.js
- ▹Build automation, workflow and collaboration features together with product managers, designers and engineers
- ▹Implement and integrate collaboration technologies to improve team productivity and user experience
- ▹Quickly fix bugs and solve problems to enhance customer satisfaction
- ▹Use analytics to inform product decisions and improve features
- ▹Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
- ▹Keep up to date with industry trends in automations, workflows and collaboration tools
Requirements
- ▹Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a product development environment
- ▹Strong skills in TypeScript, React and Node.js
- ▹Interest in clean code practices and familiarity with enterprise architectural design patterns
- ▹Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- ▹Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Nice to have
- ▹Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- ▹Previous experience with automation engines or building collaboration features and team workflow tools
