Proton seeks a visionary Product Security Lead to ensure that its applications - Mail, Calendar, VPN, Pass, and Drive across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Linux - are secure. The role involves defining a security vision and roadmap, building a product security team, and partnering with product managers, designers, and developers to embed security from the start.
Responsibilities
- ▹Define a compelling vision and roadmap for product security across the organization
- ▹Build the product security function by finding and hiring the best people
- ▹Serve as the go-to person for product security across the entire company
- ▹Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to embed security from the start
- ▹Influence strategy, design, and delivery of secure products
Requirements
- ▹Deep expertise in product/application security
- ▹Experience leading or building a security function
- ▹Ability to influence strategy, design, and delivery across an organization
- ▹Experience securing applications across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Linux)
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and open-source technologies
