Responsibilities

  • ▹Improve existing team processes using Python
  • ▹Expand web security features in Firefox using C++
  • ▹Optionally propose and drive own projects

Requirements

  • ▹Enrolled at a university in Germany
  • ▹Willing to occasionally visit the Berlin office a few times per year
  • ▹Web development, Python, or systems programming experience
  • ▹Comfortable communicating in English in writing and meetings
  • ▹Enjoyment of careful technical investigation

Nice to have

  • ▹Participation in student tech communities
  • ▹Experience in documentation, teaching, or mentoring
  • ▹Experience with C/C++ and familiarity with memory safety
  • ▹Contributions to open source or group projects
  • ▹Understanding of web security concepts
