Elastic seeks a Consulting Architect to work closely with customers, providing technical solutions for their business use cases with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats). As a trusted technical advisor, you deliver end-to-end Elastic projects, drive knowledge transfer and enablement, and support use cases across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security at scales from gigabytes to petabytes. Internal development and mentoring schemes provide access to learning across products and services.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Deliver Elastic solutions and Elastic Stack expertise to drive customer business value
  • ▹Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and sizing in customer workshops
  • ▹Deliver end-to-end Elastic projects and develop proof-of-concepts
  • ▹Perform data modeling, query development and optimization, and cluster tuning and scaling
  • ▹Drive objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks, status, dependencies, and timelines
  • ▹Work across engineering, product management, and support teams to identify feature enhancements

Requirements

  • ▹Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats)
  • ▹Strong problem-solving skills across diverse customer use cases
  • ▹Focus on excellence and initiative for self-improvement
  • ▹Ability to facilitate strategy, design, and sizing workshops
